I have been under a rock the last several years, thanks for asking. *sigh*

I really did want to reformat this page... make it mine, but my brain is cranky. Seems it doesn't want to learn about style sheets right now. (Can't really blame the gray-matter, though... in the last few weeks it's been asked to access things I'd never thought to use again. Creativity? What's that?)

I have a grasp of HTML and when I was on Blogger, primarily used tables for styling. I've looked at CSS before, in a 'oh, that's neat' sort of way... but... for now, my brain and I are calling a truce on learning. Maybe some day down the road I can bribe someone with a fill for help with coding.

Speaking of fills...the Fill That Will Not Be Filled is actually being filled, albeit slowly. Yay, me!

When I decided I wanted to tag fanfiction I liked from before, from Farscape, three immediately came to mind. Each is spectacular in its own way, each touched something in me that made them unforgettable even after all these years.

Unless I get completely back into (read: obsessed again) FS, I won't be too actively tagging stories from this fandom, although I see there are some more recent bits posted on ff.net. We'll see.

In the Company of Ghosts - koddiakmaxx

This story blew me away when I read it the first time. It's more than a mere 'story', it's an epic in its own right. Reading this on a computer screen is dangerous because it's so damn hard to look away. If your eyes dry out from lack of blinking, don't say you weren't warned.

The Money-Changer's Tale - cofax

My personal favorite in the fandom. Complex, clever story-telling; a veritable nesting-doll of POVs. As if that weren't enough of a treat for readers, there are exotic aliens and just enough romance to make the heart ache.

The Eleventh Hour - maayan

Going from heart aches to heart breaks... this story is a fairy tale gone wrong.  Keep the kleenex near you when you read this one. I know it made me want to curl up and weep.

60 Days in Jader - Elysium-fic - M (read the warnings)

The end of this is part of the reason I'm tagging it. One tiny gem of a sentance.

The other reason is it changed the way I look at Duncan. Literally. I've played through twice since reading and each time *bam* I think of this story. If something has that kind of impact on me, it's worth mentioning.
