orchidcactusI've had an account on FF.net since '02, never used it for publishing. Either I have a worse connection than I thought, or that site is a massive PITA. Breaking up a story into chapters for publishing? Eek. Not this camper, not today.
Anywho... Hold Out Your Hand has been uploaded.
I think it shows definite progress, although in the re-read I was surprised at the POV bobbling in the prologue. Another thing I wish I would have was had a little more patience... I remember being in such a rush to get through it, the story pacing shows it. The fine details that could have been fleshed into it are lacking.
All in all, I'm proud of it, despite the issues I can spot now.
On the other hand... I don't like this story nearly as much as some others. It didn't make me happy, in any other way than it felt like a progression of skill level.
