We have sort of a little hobby farm. Four horses, three ponies, goats, a handful of dogs, and a few, requisite, barn cats. The horses are mostly left over from when I did rescue, so, 'special needs' mutts... although my pride and joy is a Holsteiner/Trakehner.
I grew up riding western and trail riding only, but took dressage lessons last year and really enjoyed it. Some day, when I have the $$ I'll get back into it.
From the peek I took at your journal, it wouldn't surprise me if you were one of those scary three-day-eventer sorts. (And I mean that with total awe... I don't jump.)
Yes and no, on the fic... I did write a bit when I obsessed over Farscape (on ff.net by the same handle), but nothing in the DA realm right this second. Soon, I hope. Maybe. LOL I'm very slow. And fussy.
IIRC, your post on DA mentioned your ff.net handle. I'll have to go check it out. :)
